Email Sending History: Easier Access to Your Sends and Results

You’ve always been able to track the results of emails send from your BombBomb account – email delivery, email opens, link clicks, video plays, etc.

Now you’ve got an additional view – your email sending history! BombBomb gives you quick access to every one of your email sends for the past 60 days.

WHERE TO FIND YOUR SENDING HISTORY

In the main Emails tab in your BombBomb account, there’s a small text link that says “sending history” above all your individual emails.

WHAT SENDING HISTORY GIVES YOU

This view has a simple display of:

Emails Delivered
Email Opens
Link Clicks
Video Plays

Plus, it also provides direct access to the main track screen for that email, as well as the export of analytics for each individual recipient of that email.

When clicked, the export button starts the download of a csv format spreadsheet displaying the behavior of each person to whom you sent that email. This information helps you decide, for example, who to follow up with first (the people who opened your email, clicked a link, and watched your video).

SHOW ONLY LARGE SENDS

The sending history view also has a “Show Only Large Sends” text link in the top right. This displays all emails sent to 3 recipients or more, giving you the same display as before, but eliminating all the very small sends.

In the example above, the single-send “See It In Action” emails filled the top of the display, pushing the larger sends far down the list or even off the screen. By clicking the “Show Only Large Sends” link (seen in the image above), it pulls out all those onesie/twosie sends, revealing emails sent to several or even all contacts.
The “Show All Sends” text link brings you back to the original view.
